Organic Mexican Chiapas
A medium sweet acidity with a buttery body, this coffee from southern Mexico’s Chiapas region is treasured for its complex and sweet hints of dark chocolate and caramel. When you first open the bag and inhale the smell of freshly roasted beans, you may even detect an aroma similar to kettle corn.
Light (Full City) Roast, whole bean, slow-roasted in Austin, Texas.
Origin: 100% Arabica shade-grown coffee from the Chiapas region of Mexico.
Tasting Notes: Nutty, caramel and dark chocolate.
Recommended Brewing Methods: French press, drip machine, pour over, espresso and cold brew. Grind just before use. Use fresh, cold, filtered water. Two tbsp for every cup.
