Grown in the Valle Occidental (West Valley) region, our Costa Rican coffee has a flavor profile that leans toward peachy and apricot notes with a hint of cocoa.
Light (Full City) or Dark (French) Roast, whole bean, slow-roasted in Austin, Texas.
Origin: 100% Arabica shade-grown coffee from the Harrar region of Ethiopia.
Tasting Notes: Full body with hints of blueberry or blackberry.
Recommended Brewing Methods: French press, drip machine, pour over, espresso and cold brew. Grind just before use. Use fresh, cold, filtered water. Two tbsp for every cup.
