Ethiopia Harrar - Single Origin
An intense and heavy bodied coffee, our Ethiopia Harrar is grown at a high elevation which produces a denser bean. Denser beans have more sugars which allow us to impart more nuanced flavors during our artisan roasting process. Harrar’s heavier body has often been compared to that of a dry red wine.
Medium (Vienna) Roast, whole bean, slow-roasted in Austin, Texas.
Origin: 100% Arabica shade-grown coffee from the Harrar region of Ethiopia.
Tasting Notes: Full body with hints of blueberry or blackberry.
Recommended Brewing Methods: French press, drip machine, pour over, espresso and cold brew. Grind just before use. Use fresh, cold, filtered water. Two tbsp for every cup.
