Our coffee from Ethiopia’s Yirgacheffe region is characterized by its bright, medium body and distinct floral aroma.

A floral-bodied light roast with higher caffeine content that mellows into a clean and vibrant finish.

Light (Full City) Roast, whole bean, slow-roasted in Central Texas.

Origin: 100% Arabica shade-grown coffee from the Yirgacheffe growing region of Southern Ethiopia.

Tasting Notes: Soft floral and light spice with hints of toasted coconut and a lemon forward flavor.

Recommended Brewing Methods: French press, drip machine, pour over, espresso and cold brew. Grind just before use. Use fresh, cold, filtered water. Two tbsp for every cup.
