Ethiopian Harrar - Single Origin Pods (K-Cups)

An intense and heavy bodied coffee, our Ethiopian Harrar is grown at a high elevation which produces a denser bean. Denser beans have more sugars which allow us to impart more nuanced flavors during our artisan roasting process. Harrar’s heavier body has often been compared to that of a dry red wine.

• Medium (Vienna) Roast, whole bean, slow-roasted in Austin, Texas.

• Origin: 100% Arabica shade-grown coffee from the Harrar region of Ethiopia.

• Tasting Notes: Full body with hints of blueberry or blackberry.
