Papua New Guinea
Although Papua New Guinea shares a climate and topography similar to Indonesia, it has a very distinct flavor from the earthy and spicy flavors of its western neighbors. Our Papua New Guinea beans have a crisp citrus acidity with fairly strong flavors of tropical fruits and chocolate.
Medium (Vienna) Roast, whole bean, slow-roasted in North Texas.
Origin: 100% Arabica shade-grown coffee from the Keregera, Okapa, and Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea.
Tasting Notes: Floral, spicy, leather with flavors of chocolate and tropical fruit.
Recommended Brewing Methods: French press, drip machine, pour over, espresso and cold brew. Grind just before use. Use fresh, cold, filtered water. Two tbsp for every cup
