Medium(Vienna), whole bean, slow-roasted in Central Texas.
Origin: 100% Kona Typica from the Hawaiian island of Hōlualoa.
Tasting Notes: Smooth and full body with a hint of nuts syrup and milk chocolate.
Recommended Brewing Methods: French press, drip machine, pour over. Grind just before use. Use fresh, cold, filtered water. Two tbsp for every cup.
