Medium (Vienna) Roast, whole bean, slow-roasted in Central Texas.
Origin: 100% Arabica shade-grown coffee from Kenya, New Guinea, and Peru.
Tasting Notes: Aromatic notes of wine and floral, the low acidity blend has hints of rich spice with a smooth and buttery mouthfeel.
Recommended Brewing Methods: French press, drip machine, pour over, espresso and cold brew. Grind just before use. Use fresh, cold, filtered water. Two tbsp for every cup.
