Our Brazil Cerrado is described as the Queen of Brazilian coffees by coffee gourmands. Only the finest coffees from Brazil's Cerrado region find their way into our roastery here in Texas. Coffee cherries are picked at the height of maturation which allows the bean to absorb as much sweetness as possible. The Cerraodo is a well-balanced coffee that has a pleasant, citric acidity, a smooth and full body, nice sweetness, and a dark chocolate flavor.
Light (Full City) or Dark (French) Roast, whole bean, slow-roasted in Central Texas.
Origin: 100% Arabica shade-grown coffee from the Cerrado region of Brazil.
Tasting Notes: Smooth and full body with a hint of nuts and dark chocolate.
Recommended Brewing Methods: French press, drip machine, pour over, espresso and cold brew. Grind just before use. Use fresh, cold, filtered water. Two tbsp for every cup.
